Constitution for the
Order of Saint Cecily with the Cup
  1. There shall exist in the Barony of Caer Galen an award known as the Order of Saint Cecily with the Cup, which may be given by the Coronet, subject to the pleasure of the Crown, to heralds or bards who have memorably distinguished themselves in service to the Barony.
  2. The holders of this award shall be styled as Bearers of the Pinot Noir, and shall be entitled to place the letters BPR after their names.
  3. The insignia of the Order shall be, subject to approval of the College of Heralds: (fieldless) on a bezant a two handled jug purpure.
  4. This award carries neither arms nor precedence.
  5. Amendments to this Constitution shall be made by the Coronet of Caer Galen after due consultation with the crown.
