- There shall exist in the Barony of Caer Galen an award known as the Order of St. Michael with the Harp of Caer Galen, which may be given by the Coronet, subject to the pleasure of the Crown, to those persons who have enhanced the Glory of Caer Galen through their excellence in martial affairs.
- The holders of this award shall be styled as Companions of the Order Bards Militant, and shall be entitled to place the letters C.B.M. after their names.
- The insignia of the Order shall be a blue leather garter buckled about the upper arm of the recipient, or the registered badge of the Order: (Fieldless) On a fireball gules enflamed proper a harp Or.
- When the award is given for armored combat, the garter shall be decorated with a golden broadsword.
- When the award is given for rapier combat, the garter shall be decorated with a golden rapier.
- When the award is given for archery, the garter shall be decorated with a golden arrow.
- When the award is given for equestrian combat, the garter shall be decorated with a golden lance.
- Arms and precedence:
- The award shall carry with it, subject to the pleasure of the Crown, an Award of Arms. Companions of the Order shall take precedence after principality Orders but before a simple Award of Arms.
- If the award is given to a person who bears an award carrying higher precedence than given above, his/her precedence shall remain unchanged.
- If the award is given to a person who has previously received an Award of Arms, his/her precedence shall date from his/her election to the Order.
- Amendments to this Constitution shall be made by the Coronet of Caer Galen after due consultation with the Crown.
- The companionship of all previous recipients of the Order is hereby confirmed.
