1. There shall exist in the Barony of Fontaine dans Sable an award, known as the Order of the Silver Axe, which may be given by the Coronet to those persons who have demonstrated extraordinary skill and assiduous dedication to the art of Heavy Combat.
2. The holders of this award shall by styled as Companions of the Silver Axe and shall be entitled to place the initials C.S.A. after their names.
3. The insignia of the Order shall consist of a medallion bearing the badge of the Order, to be determined at a later date by the Coronet, Black Fountain Pursuivant, and the Society College of Arms.
4. The award carries neither arms nor precedence.
5. Amendments to this constitution shall be made by the Coronet.
