1. There shall exist in the Kingdom of the Outlands an award, known as the Order of the Stag and Chalice, which may be given by the Crown to those gentles who have demonstrated consistent and continued service and support to the Outlands and its people for 15 years or more.
2. The holders of this award shall be styled as Companions of the Stag and Chalice and shall be entitled to place the initials C.S.C. after their names.
3. Subject to the College of Arms, the insignia of the Order shall consist of a medallion bearing the Badge of the Order: "(Fieldless) A chalice conjoined to and environed of the attires of a stag's head cabossed argent attired gules."
4. Arms and Precedence:
   1. The award shall carry with it an Award of Arms. Companions of the Order shall take precedence over simple Awards of Arms.
   2. If the award is given to a person who bears an award carrying higher precedence than given above, his/her precedence shall remain unchanged.
   3. If the award is given to a person who has preveiously received an Award of Arms, his/her precedence shall date from his/her election to the Order.
5. The Crown of the Outlands shall consult with such members of the Order as the Crown desires, concerning the recognition of new members of the Order and their contributions.
6. Amendments to this constitution shall be made by the Crown of the Outlands.
