1. I. There shall exist in the Barony of Caer Galen an award known as the Order of the Book and Harp, which may be given by the Coronet, subject to the pleasure of the Crown, to those persons who have been inspirational to others by their grace and actions.
2. II. The holders of this award shall be styled as Storytellers of Caer Galen, and shall be entitled to place the letters S.C.G. after their names.
3. III. The insignia of the Order shall consist of a medallion or other rendition bearing the registered badge of the Order: Fieldless, a bell purpure.
4. This award carries neither arms nor precedence.
5. Amendments to this constitution shall be made by the Coronet of Caer Galen after due consultation with the Crown.
6. The companionship of all previous recipients of the Order is hereby confirmed.
