1. There shall exist in the Kingdom of the Outlands an award, known as the Order of the Queen’s Cypher, which may be given by the Queen to those persons whose work has been of great service to her during her reign.
2. The holders of this award shall be styled as Bearers of the Queen’s Cypher and shall be entitled to place the initials B.Q.C. after their names.
3. The insignia of the Order shall take the form of a stylized rendering of the Queen’s initials, the design to be determined in turn by each Queen who choose to bestow her cypher.
4. The award carries neither arms nor precedence, and an individual may receive only one cypher for a given reign of any Queen.
5. Amendments to this constitution shall be made by the Crown of the Outlands.
6. Companionship of all previous recipients of the Order is hereby confirmed.
