Constitution for
l'Ordre du Poignard Noir
  1. There shall exist in the Barony of Caer Galen an award known as I'Ordre du Poignard Noir which may be given by the Coronet, subject to the pleasure the Crown, to those persons of who have given outstanding personal and discreet service to the Coronet, above and beyond that service normally expected of subjects of the Crown.
  2. The holders of this award shall be styled as Bearers of the Poignard Noir, and shall be entitled to place the letters B.P.N. after their names.
  3. The insignia of the Order shall consist of a medallion or other rendition bearing the registered badge of the Order: (Fieldless) A dagger bendwise sinister sable.
  4. This award carries neither arms nor precedence.
  5. Amendments to this constitution shall be made by the Coronet of Caer Galen after due consultation with the Crown.
  6. The companionship of all previous recipients of the Order is hereby confirmed.
