1. There shall exist in the Kingdom of the Outlands an award, known as the Order of the Silver Stirrup, which may be given by the Crown to those persons who have demonstrated excellence in the equestrian field in service to the Kingdom.
2. The holders of this order shall be styled as Companions of the Silver Stirrup and shall be entitled to place the initials C.S.S.O. after their names.
3. Subject to the College of Arms, the insignia of the Order shall be in the form of a belt favor the badge of the Order: “Vert, a stirrup argent within a bordure enbattled Or”.
4. Arms and Precedence
   1. The award shall carry with it an Award of Arms. Companions of the order shall take precedence after simple Grants of Arms.
   2. If the award is given to a person who bears an award carrying higher precedence than given above, his/her precedence shall remain unchanged.
   3. If the award is given to a person who has previously received an Award of Arms, his/her precedence shall date from his/her election to the Order.
5. Amendments to this constitution shall be made by the Crown of the Outlands.
