1. There shall exist in the Barony of Dragonsspine an award, known as the Baroness’s Degree of Elegance, which may be given by the Baroness, subject to the pleasure of the Crown, to those persons who have shown graciousness and courtesy above and beyond that which might normally be expected.
2. The holders of this award shall be styled as Companions of the Baroness’s Degree of Elegance, and shall be entitled to place the initials B.D.E.. after their names.
3. The award shall not carry with it an Award of Arms nor shall it confer precedence upon the bearer.
4. Amendments to this constitution shall be made by the Coronet of Dragonsspine after due consultation with the Crown.
