1. There shall exist in the Kingdom of the Outlands an award, known as the Order of the Cordan Royal, which may be given by the King to those persons whose work has been of great service to him during his reign.
2. The holders of this award shall be styled as Bearers of the Cordon Royal and shall be entitled to place the initials B.C.R. after their names.
3. The insignia of the Order shall consist of some rendition of a belt, armill, garter, or such like, as shall please His Majesty to bestow. Bearing a rendering of the King’s initials; the form of which shall be determined in turn by each King who chooses to bestow the cypher.
4. The award carries neither arms nor precedence.
5. Amendments to this constitution shall be made by the Crown of the Outlands.
6. Companionship of all previous recipients of the Order is hereby confirmed.
