1. There shall exist in the Barony of Dragonsspine an award, known as the Baron’s Chalice of Merit, which may be given by the Baron, subject to the pleasure of the Crown, to those persons who have performed faithful service and who have shown great strength of character.
2. The holders of this award shall be styled as Companions of the Baron’s Chalice of Merit, and shall be entitled to place the initials B.C.M. after their names.
3. The award shall not carry with it an Award of Arms nor shall it confer precedence upon the bearer.
4. Amendments to this constitution shall be made by the Coronet of Dragonsspine after due consultation with the Crown.
